Hello hello!
I present to you Gotabass!
Gotabass is a Library for Native Instruments Kontakt 7.6 (and higher), with 9 Presets.

Each Preset is a series of 3 octaves resampled from the old dear steinberg plugin called vb-1, famous in the psychedelic trance scene for his particular color, and his frequent use of many many music producers.

Tired of using it with heavy cpu plug-ins as inserts, firstly I created it for myself.

With extreme surprise the resampling in Kontakt sounded way better than the original bass channel full of inserts.

(nerd note: Kontakt has its own EQ engine BEFORE the envelope, and here is the magic of Kontakt in a bassline environment. Normally when we have an audio clip and we boost the lows, that audio sample will get longer. Getting longer the sample will "fall" on the next sample, resulting in phase issues between our 3 bass samples themselves, and between bass and kick samples. Not with Kontakt: because being the envelope AFTER the eq engine, the envelope will "cut" our audio information exactly when we want, all the times.)
